The Tile Warehouse is one of New Zealand’s leading Tile & Stone Importers & Distributors.
Currently experiencing a period of growth, an opportunity has become available for the role of PA/Receptionist to our talented team based at our National Support Office in Penrose, Auckland.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the role will be for a critical member of our national support team whose vision is to provide the best service and support to all our Branches, Warranted Dealers and Commercial customers, who are located throughout New Zealand.
The role’s primary objective is to support the Executive, Customer Service and Administration teams whilst being responsible for the smooth running of Reception.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and have a genuine willingness to assist when asked to complete tasks; there are 5 members of the Executive team that will require tasks to be completed on any given day, therefore an ability to prioritize tasks will be a key skill to possess, whilst at the same time be able to demonstrate a strong customer service-focused attitude.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, an ability to remain calm and productive in a fast paced work environment, have a flexible “can do” attitude, and a genuine desire to provide the best possible service and support to all stakeholders.
Your character traits will include a willingness to assist across multiple areas of the business, be able to think on your feet and influence others and demonstrate superior organizational skills. You will also have an abundance of initiative and professionalism, and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to build rapport with others quickly to drive results and have the ability to pick up new skills and hit the ground running.

Currently 5 Days a week Full time 8:30am – 5pm Role, However part time Hours across the 5 Day week may be considered for the right candidate. Interviews will be conducted in the New Year.
