Adding to our affordable XTRA series is the timber look WOOD XTRA wood-look porcelain in 1200x200mm. An incredibly realistic timber look complete with knots. Warm and inviting for living rooms and spaces that call for warm ambience and due to E3/AS1 Building Code changes in wet areas, porcelain receives instant Council approval for Kitchens, Bathrooms, Laundries etc. Wood Xtra is one range we have added options to in order to provide a vast and comprehensive timber-look that obtains Council approval.
Can be installed in all external areas of the home as well as wet areas such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Showers, Laundries. Wood xtra is also perfect for lounge space, foyers and hallways. Seamless flow from indoors to exteriors can be achieved!
NB: Unlike Wood or Laminate, Porcelain is inert in water and does not crumble and fail with watersplash or immersion in water.

Wastage is not an exact science. Some projects require more than others depending on how tiles are laid in each room and how much cutting is required. We recommend a minimum of 10% wastage to be included however larger tiles often require more wastage. Due to availability, you should have enough to keep spares for future requirements as we cannot guarantee more stock will be available or that future shipments will be a similar batch tone or colour.
