Don’t be shy with colour! In small spaces, a real impact can be had by using tiles in a darker tone. It comes off very elegant and classic. It's not necessary to limit this to black & white however as deeper hues can also add interest such as navy, teal, dark green and the on-trend aubergine. Master bathrooms
Serene and bright is always a great direction to go in large spaces. Neutral colours are most usually chosen as they offer a sense of calm, relaxation and give the impression of bright, clean space. But add a spot of design flair with textured tile, unusual patterns or even the hugely coveted European terrazzo-look options.

The Traditional
If your preferred aesthetic leans toward traditional marble, which always looks stunning in any application which is why Carrara and Calacatta porcelain tiles are so sought after. Alternatively, plain white wall tiles are a great go-to - laid stacked, vertically, horizontally, in an offset pattern or herringbone.
